You reach the electric entrance gate of Villa a Vida via an easily accessible unpaved road. You arrive at the house via a somewhat steep driveway with a spacious parking space. This experience immediately pays off when you look out over the valley. With the adrenaline still in your blood, you forgot to admire all the beauty. Rest assured... the time to relax has come!

Relax in an oasis

The holiday home Villa a Vida is surrounded by no less than 3500 m2 of garden. Completely fenced. You imagine yourself in a tropical atmosphere because of the meter-high palms, oleanders, lavender and fruit trees.

Fresh orange juice for breakfast made from fresh oranges from our own garden.... an experience in itself!

Swimming in privacy

Villa a Vida has a large private swimming pool. You can enjoy the sun all day long. The 32m2 swimming pool is NOT fenced and slopes gradually; from 120 cm to 200 cm depth.

It is wonderful to relax on the various terraces by the swimming pool, the adjacent lawn or under the veranda.

Living in style

The spacious living room with wood stove is the heart of the house. With a spacious seating area and smart TV, this creates a cozy atmosphere in the winter or an evening of watching Netflix. Electric heating, together with the wood stove, ensures wonderful temperatures in winter.

There is a separate dining area with a spacious table. The living room gives access to the kitchen, which can be reached through beautiful French doors. The living room has air conditioning; so you can also relax in the summer.

Cooking with a view

The kitchen is furnished in typical Portuguese style and equipped with all amenities. The large fridge/freezer combination provides enough space for the Vinho Verde.

From here you have a beautiful view of the valley; something that makes cooking even more fun. Through the kitchen you have access to the swimming pool, where you can immediately plop down on your lounger with your drinks board and wine glass.

Would you like to wash? A washing machine is at your disposal.

Bathe in luxury

The bathrooms are decorated in Portuguese style with local tiles from the village of Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo. With an access door from the master bedroom and a door from the living room you get access to the separate bathrooms, each with 1 sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower.

One bathroom has infrared heating, so that it is pleasant to take a wonderful shower, even in winter.

Sleep with comfort

The master bedroom has a large closet wall and overlooks the pool and garden. Sleep in the king-size bed of 180 cm x 200 cm with the sun-blocking curtains. If you float out of bed in a sweat... rest assured; air conditioning is available.

The other bedroom is a spacious room with 2 wonderful box springs with hotel mattresses of 90 cm x 200 cm. With two large cupboard walls, there is plenty of space for the contents of the suitcases.
