Conditions

1. Price per month for the months November to April is € 900 per month, excluding Electricity (€0,33 per kWh) and Water (€ 8 per m3): based on a maximum of 2 persons; average consumption of € 100 - € 150 per month based on starting and ending positions (an advance payment of €150 is required). The minimum stay is 1 month. For the month of December, a surcharge of € 100 applies due to the holidays.
2. Deposit is € 300 per month, which is deducted from electricity and water. Remaining deposit will be settled within 2 weeks after stay.
3. 2 sets of bath and bed linen per stay. If extra is required or for an additional guest, € 30.00 per guest/extra set will be charged.
4. Final cleaning is €75. For a winter stay of longer than 1 month, interim cleaning is mandatory once a month. This costs €30 per time.
5. Pets are not accepted in the apartment.
6. It is a non-smoking apartment; Smoking on the roof terrace is allowed.
7. There is no storage room, but bicycles can be stored in the hallway in the stairwell.
8. Interim cleaning and laundry is possible for a fee at € 30 per time.
9. Transfer to and from the airport is possible for a fee of €40 per trip.
10. Sofa bed suitable for maximum 1 person.
